Subject: Gratitude, Transition, and the Future at the College of Sacred Servants
Dear Members of the College of Sacred Servants,
I hope this message finds you well and thriving in your respective ministries. Today, I write to you with a heart full of gratitude and an update that signifies both an end and a new beginning for our cherished institution, the College of Sacred Servants.
It was on a day marked by divine inspiration that Bishop Quantice White and I engaged in a profound conversation about the essence of ministry and the pressing need for a dedicated space for growth and fellowship among Apostles, Bishops, Pastors, and Overseers.
This dialogue planted the seed for what would soon flourish into the College of Sacred Servants—a sanctuary for fellowship, learning, and accountability. For this vision and its realization, my gratitude to Bishop White is boundless.
However, with a mix of emotions, I must announce that due to personal reasons and obligations, Bishop Quantice White will be stepping down from his role as Vice President of our college. In our conversations, Bishop White emphasized the importance of mental wellbeing and family, principles we deeply cherish and uphold within our community. It is with respect and understanding that I support his decision.
Importantly, I wish to make it unequivocally clear that Bishop White is not leaving the College of Sacred Servants at this time. He will continue to be an integral part of our community, contributing his wisdom, mentorship, and spiritual guidance. Bishop White remains not only a valued member but also one of its honored founders and co-establishers. His legacy is interwoven with the very fabric of our institution, and his contributions will be remembered and celebrated. His decision to step down is in service to ensuring his own well-being and that of his family, but his commitment to our collective mission and to each of you remains unwavering.
In light of this transition, I will soon be introducing our new Vice President at our upcoming Executive Board meeting call. This announcement is not merely about filling a role; it is about continuing our shared journey towards nurturing a community that embodies the love, guidance, and accountability we strive to offer to each other.
As we navigate this change, I encourage all of us to reflect on the journey thus far and envision the path ahead. Let us recommit ourselves to the mission of the College of Sacred Servants—to empower, support, and uplift one another in our sacred vocations.
I look forward to our continued growth together and to the opportunities this transition will bring. Let us embrace this moment with grace and anticipation for the future.
With deepest appreciation and faith,
Bishop Martin Wilson
