Ministerial Background:

Archbishop Dr. Terrence L. Elliott identifies with being a part of the known body of Christ since the age of 10.  His spiritual development was based upon the Baptist as well as Seventh-Day Adventist Doctrine, until entering his young adulthood.  He was called into ministry by the LORD in 1996 and licensed at Greater Missionary Baptist Church of Clarksville, Kentucky.  He served as a lay-minister to the ministry, until being relocated by military service to Heidelberg Germany.  While there, he served as a lay–minister to Greater Mount Zion in Manheim Germany and then became a lay minister to the Army’s Mark Twain Village Full-Gospel Church in Heidelberg, Germany.  Upon returning to the states, he became a lay-minister to Canaan Baptist Church of Columbus, Ga.  In June 2003, he established and pastored a non-denominational ministry known as The Church of Revelation Fire for 10yrs.  In September 2003, he submitted the ministry under the covering of Archbishop Hirron I. Williams and The Cathedral of the Holy Spirit New Abundant Life Ministries of Elba, Alabama.  Based upon the fruits of his works, he was nominated and elevated/consecrated to the Five-fold gifting and mantle of the Apostle by Prophetic Ecumenical Council of Churches (PECC) in 2004.  While performing as an active member and prelate of PECC, in 2018 he became the vice-president of a men’s fellowship known as Men of Change (MOC).    In 2012, he pioneered a new ministry in Elizabethtown, KY known as Terrence L. (T.L.) Elliott Ministries.  In 2014, as part of T.L. Elliott ministries, he established a teaching service entitled “The Voice” that was designed as a teaching ministry/gathering for believers as to why we believe what we believe and why we do what we do). 

Archbishop Terrence L. Elliott is a graduate of Beacon University of Columbus, Ga with his degree and education in the field of Biblical Studies, while also having prior educational background of Chemistry & Engineering from attending St. Xavier University of Cincinnati, Ohio.  He also is a graduate of Canaan Theological Seminary and College obtaining his Doctoral Degree in the theological field of Divinity.  As Dr. Elliott, he performs in the field of academia as both the Assistant Director and Adjunct Professor of Doctoral, Masters and Bachelors courses for Canaan Theological Seminary & College’s Kentucky Campus, currently located in Radcliff, Ky under the direction of Bishop Dr. Wilhelmina Jackson.  Additional education and credentials obtained are as a Credentialed Chaplain through the International Federation of Christian Chaplains (IFCC) and a Certified Belief Therapist (CBT) in the area of Christian Counseling through the Therapon Institute.  Dr. Elliott also serves as a board member of Global Parenting Network Family (GPNF) to assist with resources being made available for children with physical or mental challenges, as well as households that need access or referrals to community resources for better living. In his government profession, he represents the non-clinical functions of the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP).  He is also a Substance Use Disorder & Clinical Care (SUDCC) policy writer, a prevention specialist in the areas of substance abuse, suicide, sexual assault/harassment and risk assessments for the total Army force.   His field of expertise also has afforded him the opportunity to have a wealth of experience performing as a manager for adolescent counselors for the Army who are performing their services in overseas assignments. 

Founder and Overseer of T.L. Elliott Ministries, providing ministry education through The Voice, and Community Leadership Training.  As a teacher, instructing and assistant directing seminary courses for Canaan Theological Seminary and College.  As a counselor, functioning as a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and providing T.L. Elliott Ministries Counseling services. Also, as an active member of the International Federation of Christian Counselors (IFCC), providing Chaplain services.  As a community leader, actively performing as a board member of Fellowship Community Full Gospel Church (FCFGC), and serves as the Vice-President of Men of Change Inc (MOC).  Archbishop Dr Elliott is a board member of the WEEM College of Bishops and the Metropolitan Archbishop of the state of Kentucky in North America.

Archbishop Dr. Terrence L. Elliott is currently the husband to Lady Stephanie Elliott and embraces having a blended family of 6 children ranging from 33-15yrs of age.   He has also been a published author since 2006 for a book in the field of Eschatology entitled, “The Kingdom Is Coming.” End-Time Prophecy has proven to be one of his areas of great interest and study, when it comes to the Word of GOD.  In closing, Archbishop Dr. Terrence L.
